An approval path when you want one. From ops complete to posted.
The approval workflow is optional. When it's on, each invoice moves from ops complete to reviewed, approval requested, approved, then sent or posted.
Delivered orders turn into draft invoices. Posting is safe to repeat, and the platform never moves money: no payments, transfers or payroll.

Posting the same invoice twice still leaves one in QuickBooks. Manifest stores the QuickBooks ID and writes an audit memo, prints invoices and emails them to the billing contact, and reports job costs with a CSV export. It never moves money.
New customers apply through a private link with company details, contacts, bank and trade references, documents and an e-signature. Your risk team reviews it, adds the credit report and reference checks, and gets an AI summary of concerns and gaps as advice. An executive approves, approves with conditions or declines, and sets the limit; until then, orders can't be dispatched. A customer with no orders for 365 days is re-reviewed automatically.
See Manifest with a load from your own operation. Thirty minutes, with the people who built it.
