Every move.
One system.

Manifest runs quotes, dispatch, the yard, billing and credit control from one login. Every load keeps one record from the first email to the posted invoice, and AI reads the paperwork for you.

Six tools that never spoke. Now one record per load.

Most carriers run a load across a spreadsheet, a CRM, a TMS, a yard planner and a lot of email. Manifest puts the customer, the price, every leg, the yard work, the paperwork and the invoice on the same order.

One platform for the whole move. Built for the people who run it.

Quoting with the margin in front of you.

Paste a customer email, PDF or packing list and the shipment lines fill in for you to check. Send RFQs to matching vendors by lane and service, mix CAD and USD at the Bank of Canada rate, and email a branded rate quote from the record.

CRM that shares a database with dispatch.

Leads, customers, contacts and follow-ups. Email goes out from your own Outlook and replies file themselves on the right record.

Operations where every order has an owner.

Checklists seeded by product type. An order can't close with open items unless someone overrides it on the record.

Dispatch on a drag-and-drop board.

Move types are colour-coded, and a loaded leg can't move until its seal number is confirmed.

Driver app on any phone, with a PIN.

Jobs, status taps, BOL and POD photos with e-signature, shift time and chat with dispatch.

Yard and transload booked the moment the order is confirmed.

Billing that posts to QuickBooks only after a person signs off.

Delivered orders turn into draft invoices. Posting is safe to repeat, and the platform never moves money: no payments, transfers or payroll.

Credit control before the first load goes out.

New customers fill in their own credit application through a private link and sign it. Your risk team adds the credit report and reference checks, and an executive sets the limit. Until then, their orders can't be dispatched.

Drag a leg onto a driver. Their phone knows before you let go.

The dispatch board shows every unassigned leg, every driver and the next three days. Confirm the assignment and the driver gets a push notification with the job.

  • Seal checks built in. A loaded leg can't be dispatched until its seal number is confirmed.
  • Daily manifests. One per driver, plus a chat thread with dispatch.
  • Time and settlement. Shifts feed hourly or per-job settlement reports. Payroll stays with you.
  • Vendor legs too. Tender to active, insured carriers only. They sign the work order through a secure link.

The yard stops living on a whiteboard. Bookings make themselves.

Confirm an order that runs through your yard and Manifest creates the booking. Managers schedule it on a week view; the crew starts, completes and signs on their phones.

  • Week and day views. Drag unscheduled work onto a day, hour and bay.
  • BOLs at the booking. Generate, print and sign without leaving the yard.
  • Real costs on the order. Machine and labour rates price warehouse work, and yard costs land on the right order.

AI that does the reading. People make the calls.

Manifest's AI reads the documents your team drowns in and drafts the work. Nothing is sent, posted or dispatched until a person confirms it.

A 35-second film. Trucks move through a container port while Manifest status cards appear for each step: container loaded, leg dispatched, yard booking confirmed, transload complete, delivered, invoice posted. It ends on "Every move. One system." and the Manifest logo.
